Kylee learns to ride without training wheels 12-10-08
Kylee has wanted to ride her bike to school ever since Bret and I began letting Caden ride his. I always told her that she couldn't until she could ride without training wheels. Today, this topic came up again, and out of nowhere she decided that today was the day. In no time, sure enough she was doing it. Getting her to ride was the easy part, now she needs to learn to start and stop on her own.
Mason's 1st Hair cut 12-6-08
While in California for a Grandma, Mommy & Mason getaway, I decided it was finally time for Mason's first hair cut. At first he was a willing participant while I bundled the back of his hair in a ponytail so that I could save his curls- I loved those curls. As soon as Jacque broke out the clippers, it was obvious that this was not going to be easy. When it was all over, he just sat there. It is definitely going to take some getting used to and with as clumsy as he is, we'll have no way of hiding all the bruises he gets from all his many falls.
