Thanksgiving Weekend in Reverse

A Quick hello and goodbye with the Foote Family on our way out of Arizona thanksgiving weekend. Some of you might remember this awesome family if you were in the ward before Feb '07. They left us after a short 1 year stay to return to Arizona. We miss you guys. (Andrea- this is the room for you, from the walls to the tv- It is Mickey Mouse and all the way.)

We were fortunate to have two wonderful beds given to us simultaneously and thought it would be a great opportunity to make the kids rooms more funtional with much needed storage. Since Kylee kicked herself out of her own room when Mason moved in 1 year ago, we thought it was time for her to have her own room. Caden sleeps like a rock and Mason sleeps through the night most of the time- so it seeped right to put them in the same room. This was like our 2nd or 3rd room swap sonce we moved in 4 years ago. Hopefully the next move will be into another house. Keep you posted.

Pirates- Argghhh!

Okay, so I am seriously behind as usual. This was our first year coordinating our costumes. It was a blast. All of our costumes came together in the end. And the flag- that was an idea bret had the day before Halloween. Bret assembled the flag
and mounted it on our car while the rest of
us were putting the final touches on our
costumes and candy treasurebox. We had to
drive real slow all the way to the curch for the
Trunk or Treat so that the flag wouldn't
break. As soon as we parked, Caden and
Kylee split so I don't have many pictures
of them actually trick or treating. Bret
spent most of the time passing out candy,
I wandered with Mason, taking pictures
and looking for Caden and Kylee, and Mason
played follow the leader with Jace Lauenstein.
It was a great night.
